A workshop on Effective teaching through joyful learning & Ways of dealing with Young Learners & Classroom Management was conducted at IEM Public on 26th August 2017. The workshop aimed at training the participants with the various styles of learning: visual, auditory and kinaesthetic. Both the students and teachers were engaged in the workshop. It was made interactive and fun in nature. The different styles of learning were portrayed by the teachers through different games and activities. The dos and donts of classroom handling were discussed and important points regarding the same were taken from both the students and the teachers to understand their perspective on the topic.

Anupriya Bhattacharya : The workshop was very helpful. The various activities involved which enable the teachers to understand the students and vise versa. It was a wonderful experience. I had a great time. I am looking forward to more such activity-based workshop ahead.

Puja Deb Dasgupta : The learning was appropriate and at the perfect pace. Many games have been played to enhance attention. The activity part of the training was fabulous and it helped us to learn many new things. It was a good experience being a part of this workshop.

I have enjoyed the activities done during the training. The interaction with the trainers helped me to gain new ideas. It was a wonderful experience.
