Nirmala English Primary School is most prominent school, which is situated at Shathinagar, Bangalore. The School gives the students the best education and learning which enhance them to become the leaders of tomorrow and global citizens of India. It imparts an environment for the development of quality of leadership, team spirit, self-esteem and other social attributes to children. A girl child is considered as an asset to the community and given education for complete all round development.

ACT conducted a workshop on "Classroom Management" at Nirmala English Primary School on 24th March, 2017. It started with a warm welcome and introductory session. It then went ahead with various activities and interactive sessions involving the participants mostly teachers. Besides, exchange of their thoughts and sharing of their experiences went on, mostly with the objective of knowledge sharing and as a result bringing change in the overall outlook towards teaching and learning. The participants were enthusiastic about the new things they learnt and thankful to trainers for their noble endeavour.

BINDHU SHAJI : It was much thought provoking and enriching experience to attend this workshop. It gave us various ideas as how to keep the class interactive, interesting and how to garner the interest of the students. This will help us to maintain the discipline as well as focus on our curriculum. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

MEREENA : I am glad that ACT trainers have come here to conduct a seminar for us. It was a great help for us and eye opener. We can implement some of the things like having a reading corner, by which we can create an interest for the students. It will be motivation for those students who are late in absorbing knowledge and learning. This workshop was particularly interesting because all the teachers got to participate in fun activities unlike other seminars. I am delighted to attain and I am taking back lot from here.

PRIYANKA : I handle computer subject in here. By attending this workshop, it's been very useful for me as well. For few minutes we were like children's with full-on enthusiasm. With boost given I felt a positive vibe in playful learning. I enjoyed it thoroughly and thanks to the ACT trainers.

ANUPAMA : I teach in the primary section, so it is absolutely important for me. I enjoyed the session and I will implement it in my classroom. It was really enriching and will help my students in the future.

MRS. JODHA : I handle computer classes in this educational organization. The workshop was very interesting and useful. I will implement all that was taught today in my classroom in future.
