ACT Initiates Educating Employees for Better Performance

Asian College of Teachers has always been on the lookout for perfection in every area. The year started with new initiatives for the days to come that will bring perfection in the way ACT members work and for a productive year ahead. ACT has come up with concrete product training plans for its employees, especially new comers, to get a deeper insight and a better understanding. Weekly product training has been in the full swing, with ACT CEO, Dr. Sanjib Chakraborty opening the product training session with Education Management, followed by SEN and TEFL products.

Training is a prime opportunity to expand the knowledge base of all employees. Training and development benefits both the individual and organisations as a whole that make the cost and time a worthwhile investment. The training and development of the employees is great morale booster. Employees who receive the necessary training, are able to perform better in their job. The training will give the employee a greater understanding of their responsibilities within their role, and in turn, build their confidence.
