CTPD-ACT bags a year-long corporate training collaboration with IDBI-India

Centre for Training and Professional Development (CTPD), the corporate training wing of Asian College of Teachers (ACT), has bagged a year-long prestigious training collaboration with IDBI India. ACT will be conducting Learning and Development training sessions for their senior managers. Today every organization understands that learning and professional development are the keys to producing and retaining a highly productive workforce and IDBI is no exception. ACT has just conducted two training programs for their senior management professionals. The first webinar was on Coaching and Mentoring, conducted over 2 days covering 12 hours. The focus was on the mentoring part as senior managers and those in leadership roles need seasoned counsel and feedback. Moreover, mentoring has gained immense popularity in modern companies. There were 30 participants in the webinar and all of them were Deputy General Managers and Assistant General Managers. The training turned out to be a great success as ACT received excellent feedback from all of them. The next training session was Train the Trainer which was conducted over a period of 3 days covering 18 hours. The webinar witnessed 49 participants that comprised General Managers, Deputy General Managers and Assistant General Managers of IDBI India. Today’s senior managers need essential skills as the future of work is changing and being in a senior position managing people is more about inspiring and motivating them and developing potential people down the line. The Train the Trainer session met all the requirements of these senior professionals and Centre for Training and Professional Development, the corporate training wing of Asian College of Teachers (ACT) received accolades after completion of the training. This is just the beginning of a fruitful collaboration which will continue for a year and ACT trainers are more than glad to empower their leaders who can lead and innovate on different levels.
