Asian College of Teachers rolls out vaccination drive for its employees

Asian College of Teachers (ACT) has begun vaccinating its employees, thus accelerating the path of returning to normalcy. The vaccination drive is being held in partnership with Fortis Hospital and has commenced from 1st June, 2021. Earlier, ACT had already announced to cover the cost of Covid-19 vaccines for all employees in strict accordance with all Government approved protocols. Employee health is a major concern for employers and organisations given the current situation and ACT has taken the first step towards the long road of returning to a safe workplace and is ensuring the highest safety norms through well-maintained vaccination procedure extending all possible support to its employees. It is heartening to see that ACT is meeting the COVID-19 challenges making sure its employees get vaccinated in a safe and consistent manner. Employees’ health and well-being have always been a concern for ACT and the vaccination drive has been another step towards it, that has a deep impact on the motivation, delivery and overall well-being, which influence end results. This is, indeed, a great step in ensuring employees remain in the best of their health so that gradually, everyone can bounce back to normalcy.
