ACT conducted an Exclusive Webinar on the Career Prospects and Scope of Special Education

Asian College of Teachers (ACT) organized and conducted an interactive and exclusive SEN placement webinar on 15th December, 2021, which was facilitated by ACT’s placement head. The webinar was one of a kind, keeping in mind the current demands in the domain of SEN and comprised topics pertinent to the various working opportunities and career prospects related to Special Education.

The webinar shed light on the following relevant points like growth and prospect for inclusive teachers and special educators, how ACT assists special educators in finding the right job, links, websites, and how further assistance is provided in areas like preparation of an effective cover letter and resume, the role of introductory video and its importance for special educators. Questions were raised and discussed like how to become an inclusive teacher or can anyone become a special educator? The webinar also put emphasis on the job prospects of shadow teachers with a focus on facing interviews, future prospects etc. The webinar was quite successful involving discussions wherein the participants were quite interactive and cleared all the doubts they had. The session threw light on significant areas regarding working as professionals in the field of SEN and Inclusive Education.
