ACT Organized a Customized Workshop for The Bhutan Council for School Examinations and Assessment (BCSEA) in Bangkok

Asian College of Teachers (ACT) has successfully organized a customized workshop for the professionals of The Bhutan Council for School Examinations and Assessment (BCSEA) under The Ministry of Education and Skills Development (MoESD) from 1st to 5th July 2024 in Bangkok, Thailand. This intensive workshop was tailored to meet the specific needs of the professionals of the BCSEA to equip them with knowledge and expertise in educational leadership.
The workshop delved into the topics of academic leadership, the role of academic leaders, vital elements of 21st century leadership, and various leadership styles and models. It also explored the challenges and opportunities with an emphasis on decision-making, problem-solving and critical thinking among other pertinent areas. It was conducted by renowned experts in the field of academic leadership and management including Dr. Karl Meneghella, a Ph.D. in Management Science and Education and currently engaged as a Director of Inspector Training and Institution Accreditation with IEAC, Dr. Arnulfo S. Aniel (Arnie) who holds a Doctoral Degree in Educational Management and engaged as a Public Speaking Coach and University Lecturer, Dr. Venus Dennen Claver who holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Management and serving as a University Lecturer, Public Speaking & Communications Trainer and Prof. Dr. Sanjib Chakraborty, a Ph.D. in Management Science and acting as the Advisor of Teacher Training and Innovative Education at European International University (EIU-Paris) and Chief L&D Advisor imparting training across the globe.
The workshop was a great success and concluded with a comprehensive feedback and certification session, signifying the successful transfer of knowledge praised by experienced professionals from Bhutan. This initiative strengthens ACT's commitment to enhancing the leadership skills of academic professionals, contributing to the growth and excellence of educational institutions worldwide.
