ACT Conducted a Customized Workshop for HoDs and Senior Managers of Laxmi Sunrise Bank in Nepal

Asian College of Teachers (ACT) conducted a specially crafted workshop for the heads of the departments and senior managers of the Laxmi Sunrise Bank on the 1st and 2nd of August, 2024. This intensive workshop was facilitated by the L&D expert, Prof. Dr. Sanjib Chakraborty and designed after analyzing the specific training needs of the 20 participants from the esteemed Laxmi Sunrise Bank of Kathmandu, Nepal.
The workshop delved into the essential topics of L&D such as Need Analysis, Understanding and reflecting on Adult Learning Theories, Understanding the purpose of the training process and what motivates trainees, Learning and grasping the knowledge of adapting the different styles of training and development, Understanding the changing role of a trainer to a facilitator, Employing steps to facilitate the learning process of the learners, etc.
Prof. Dr. Sanjib Chakraborty, a Ph.D. in Management Science and acting as the Advisor of Teacher Training and Innovative Education at European International University (EIU-Paris) and Chief L&D Advisor imparting training across the globe received an overwhelming response from the participants and the workshop concluded with a comprehensive feedback and certification session, signifying the successful transfer of knowledge highly praised by the attendees of Laxmi Sunrise Bank, Nepal. This initiative strengthens ACT's commitment to enhancing the training and leadership skills of professionals, contributing to the growth and excellence of global organizations.
