ACT Commemorates 78th Independence Day with Patriotic Celebrations

Asian College of Teachers (ACT) celebrated India's 78th Independence Day on 14th August 2024 with great enthusiasm, honouring the spirit of freedom and the sacrifices of the nation’s freedom fighters. The event, held at the ACT Kolkata and Bangalore centers, brought together faculty and staff expressing patriotism.
Like every year, employees wore tricolour themed attires that resonated with the day’s vibe. The celebrations began with a solemn remembrance of the freedom fighters who laid down their lives for the country’s independence. This tribute was followed by the singing of the national anthem, filling the air with a sense of pride and national spirit. All members at ACT, stood together thus reflecting on the significance of the day and the values that continue to guide the nation.
