Asian College of Teachers Celebrates Teachers' Day Marked by Grand Festivities at Kolkata Centre

Asian College of Teachers (ACT) hosted a celebration at its Kolkata centre to honour educators on Teachers' Day, a date dedicated to recognizing the vital role of teachers in shaping lives and commemorating the birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, India’s second President and first Vice President. The annual event is a highlight on ACT’s calendar, reflecting its deep appreciation for the priceless contributions of educators.
The festivities began with ACT members’ stunning inaugural performance, setting the tone for a day filled with joy and gratitude. The celebration continued with a vibrant cultural program put together by the enthusiastic members of Asian College of Teachers. This was followed by a special felicitation ceremony for the research advisors and trainers, with Prof. Dr. Sanjib Chakraborty, Founder & Chairman of ACT, Ms. Sutapa Ghatak, Executive Director, and other distinguished members of the Board of Directors in attendance. Alongside the trainers, ACT also recognized the invaluable contributions of its dedicated evaluators and coordinators, who form the backbone of the institution.
