My experience was an enriching one as it enhanced my personal development. I learned how to fight to achieve my goals. Being a wife, a mother, a teacher, and a student needed a good time management for my daily life. Studying on line, helped me a lot, ACT's clear and detailed course content, guided by an excellent coordinator (Ankita) helped me achieved my dream : that is to obtain my Teacher's Diploma in life. Very good experience with all your support in completing my course. First when I take up this course I was little worried of seeing the course material then coordinators are very supportive and gave all the guide lines to write the assignment, how to implement the required concepts and ideas to refer the links which was given in the study material. Organized learning environment enhances efficiency?. I think it's a new perspective to me. And for the children they need to learn things in a disciplined environment as well. People sometimes wrongly assume that fostering creativity means allowing kids to freely do anything they want at anytime with anyone and anywhere.I think it's true but it's not true all the time. Being organized and disciplined as a teacher will help the class gear towards the same direction that fosters the necessary condition for learning, for efforts and endeavors, and more training patience. Patience contributes to creativity too so patience needs to be trained and instilled in our students too.
