The overall experience was good. The study materials were good enough to help us do the MCQs and also the assignments. There was a huge support from the administration team as well in the form of quick response for our queries related to the academics. I had an excellent supporting experience doing this course. The syllabus was excellently delivered, all aspects were clearly explained and easy to understand. It expanded my understanding of mindfulness and gave me great understanding of how it can be used and taught to develop student's self-awareness/self-management skills. I am working as a teacher in Creative Nursery, Bahrain.
