As I completed my PG I could not take up a profession as i wanted to bring up my children. Last year onward, they have started attending school. and I thought of taking up my profession as a teacher. I was not very clear about the level of my career as a teacher , after constant reflections and considering my domestic responsibilities, I decided to work as a preschool teacher and was searching for an appropriate training programme that would meet my requirement. In this situation , one of my friends mentioned me about Montessori training that could be done on distance mode and I applied for it . Now, after completing the course, successfully, I am happy to share my experience. This programme has helped me to reaffirm my decision to continue my profession as preschool teacher By attending this programme my confidence level has increased I am convinced that while, continuing my domestic work, I can easily take up a profession suitable to me I could also complete the course, without causing hindrance to family duties. I have experienced that preparation of assignments is really a practical and meaningful educative process. Above all, I realize that the governments and parents, and educational agencies should pay much attention in propagating Montessori system. I am working as a teacher in Little Elly school. Jakkur . Bangalore.

My work experience made me to love kids even more and increased my passion for teaching everyday. My experience with ACT was awesome. Ms. Devangi & Ms. Nina were very kind and helpful. The course was also really useful and helped me in improving my knowledge.

After going through the course material, I gained knowledge and required skills to handle the classroom sessions. Also, the course helped me to understand the psychological needs of children and how to interact to obtain desired results. The various aspects of course material made me to develop relationship with kids as I was able to understand their mentality and thought process. With trail and error basis, new tactics were applied in steps whereby the students started to enjoy. I am working as Assistant Teacher with Kindergarten Starters, Garhoud area-Dubai.
