Co-ordinators, Faculties are highly approachable, encouraging and very supportive.I have learnt many things from ACT, Specially from my trainer June ma'am..She is really an excellent trainer..Her knowledge, Skills, support and humanity are truly motivating..I have learnt from her how to teach, how to approach students , how to introduce topics and how to start a lesson.. People who aspire to become a teacher must join ACT. It is an excellent course for upcoming teachers. This course will surely transform the lives of upcoming teachers..

It was a serious decision to take a break from my job and undertake the course as I have thought of teaching as a serious business. However, when I joined the course I found a new love for the profession when I started learning various approaches and the new methods that allowed the teachers to display their critical thinking and creativity. The classroom environment was the best one can come across as we mirrored June ma'am's attitude. She accepted all of us on her own from the very first day and it made all of us feel like a bunch who belonged together. The lessons were all extremely innovative and even their executions made us think about our own approach to teaching and how we set up our classrooms. The first week was exhausting not because of the lessons but because we had all bared ourselves in front of June like never before. The interactions within the class and the way in which we learnt the course curriculum has made me come to one single conclusion- people are still unaware of the significant change and importance that in-class TEFL courses can bring to their career. I can tell from personal experience that my entire personality has undergone major changes in the last fifteen days and has imbibed empathy as well as admiration for the profession and those in the profession.

My experience in ACT, Kolkata for the last 15 days have been transformational, energising and motivating. I was fortunate enough to get June ma'am, as my mentor and all of my 6 peers were extraordinary human beings with gifted qualities. They all were engaged and I learned different things from them.
