Teaching part was very good .Counselor was not approachable after confirmation of admission.A department for drafting resume and cover letter should be there to draft out resume .Simply sending templates of sample resume and cover letter is not useful .mssgs dropped in whtsap are not replied soon .kindly work on it.

The training was good. Excellent trainers. What made me dispirited was the fact that there was separate fees attached to many things that i believe should have been part of the fees we had already paid. For example, i understand that there is a separate amount to be paid to receive the hardcopy of the certificate. Again there is another separate amount to be paid to get the grade sheet at the end of the course. The reason people join this course is for the certification. I don't understand the logic behind asking them to pay to get it. Then what for is the fees that we are paying? Can we ever say that we don't want to pay it? Definitely not. Then we would not be getting the certificate or the grade sheet which defeats the whole purpose of having done this course. I would say its like a trap. I almost feel cheated actually. I have taught in different institutions before. Never have i heard of them telling students to pay for the certificate/grade sheet or else you won't get it.

I really enjoyed and got very useful training thought ACT. Actually I had so many doubts in doing the training course in online but after attending the classes , got cleared and felt, it was wonderful experience. The trainers who thought me also very good and kind in clearing doubts and treating everyone with equal priorities. The assignments which are assigned during class might got review then and there means , it will be very effective. Because if we got reviews for assignments immediate after the submission or before the next class , the trainee will get the clear understanding of the specific content. I should say about the peers, they very helpful throughout the course and very kind hearted during this pandemics. Overall i got ant wonderful learning experience thought ACT.
