My TEFL/TESOL journey in the ACT was very good. When I joined the TEFL / TESOL course there was no knowledge of English pedagogy. There was also fear of public speaking , and the online platform was also very scary for me as I am not habituated with it. The course helped me a lot to gain a very strong foundation in the direction of my future studies and in my professional life.Most importantly it had able to give me enough confidence to me . I also learnt the required traits of patience , speaking skills etc. I was also able to learn a lot from the experience of my peers . Group activities, assignments able to widen my knowledge and it helped me to understand the core concepts of teaching. Our mentors were very friendly .They explained every concepts in details . They were very supportive. And their valuable feedback helped me to understand my mistakes and improve it.
