During my TEFL course, I had the opportunity to be trained by Ms. Rimpa Ghosh and Ms. Arpi Dey, whose classes were both insightful and engaging. Ms. Rimpa’s sessions focused on building strong communication skills and conceptual clarity. She created a warm and interactive classroom environment that encouraged open participation and self-reflection. Ms. Arpi’s classes, on the other hand, emphasized lesson planning, classroom management, and practical teaching techniques. Her sessions were structured, energetic, and student-centered, offering clear guidance on how to design effective ESL lessons. Both trainers provided detailed, constructive feedback after every practice session, helping me grow steadily in confidence and teaching ability.
