Since the start from inquiring about the course online filling up a form for details ACT has given constant support has been offered. no matter the time, there will be an answer whenever doubts popped in. Special mention to NAMRATA Maam, ADITI Maam, RUCHI Maam, KUHU Maam and other facilitators, if I had missed it, has been a great source of powerhouse of the course content. The facilitators were friendly, approachable and very very supportive. Me coming from a non teaching background, the facilitators and the other participants of my batch in particular were the best that could have happened to me... all the participants were very helpful. It was overall a wonderful and once in a lifetime experience... A HAPPY JOURNEY!

It was an incredible journey. All the sessions during the course gave a different experience which gave learning a new perspective. I really had a wonderful time with ACT. While enquiring about the course, I was not sure how I would complete my 120 hours of TEFL In-Class Certification Program. Since I am a working professional, I was skeptical about the entire process. However, starting from the support team to my trainers all made it possible for me to complete this course on time and with ease. I cannot stop thanking Ms. Priyanka, Ms. Mandira and Ms. Gargi who were available to clarify general and course related doubts for me. I really enjoyed my classes with Ms. Gargi. Thank you everyone.

My experience was wonderful with ACT. It was a spark that ignited within me and made me feel that nothing is impossible to achieve through your hardwork and dedication and gaining proper knowledge. This course was really helpful and will certainly help ahead in teaching strategies, classroom management techniques with little tips shared by Aditi ma'am and the other trainers were very helpful and I am surely going to inculcate and use it in class as well. I am grateful and thanking Aditi ma'am for all the knowledge, love, support, care she has given in the entire class from day 1.

My overall experience with ACT has been very good. Professionalism is reflected in every member of the team, from admissions, admins, coordinators, trainers to every other department that you would encounter at ACT. Once you enter this institution, you will get comprehensive assistance at every step, even after your course is complete. I believe that this is unique to ACT because I have not experienced such dedicated service to the students in any other institution. I am more than pleased that I chose to complete my TEFL/TESOL course from ACT. I am highly impressed by the quality of the trainers and the course material. There is a non-judgmental environment in every class where the goal is to have the best learning experience possible. Although I have attended online classes, each class was enthralling, explicit, thought-provoking, diverse in content and method of teaching, meticulous and well curated to suit the online teaching-learning format. Our trainer Ms. Aditi Ghosh is an exemplary trainer who embodies the definition of a modern facilitator. It was an honor and privilege to have such a teacher. We also had Ms. Ruchi, Ms. Kuhu and Mr. Dave as guest lecturers and they too maintain a high standard of teaching along with a professional demeanor. My training was also enriched by a diverse group of trainees that brought a lot of different perspectives and talents to the class. I am enriched in my knowledge and experience and prepared to start something new in my life because of ACT.

Overall I had a wonderful experience. Class environment was always conducive for learning and congenial. The Course was well conceived and planned to the minutest details, keeping various contingencies in mind. Lesson plans were thorough. Instructor was knowledgeable, proficient in language, well versed with the subject and skilled in conducting live online classes. Expectations from the class were set right in the beginning and maintained till the end. Instructor could effortlessly connect with each student in the class to make everyone participate and bring out the best in them.
