I am a newbie to this BETT course and I learnt a lot from this course. I learnt how to engage the trainees in the classroom ,how to negotiate, how to write letters , faxes, memos and how to dress and many other things which will help me in the near future. At first I felt the course was very hard to understand , but eventually I could get into the groove.
