The course provided me the knowledge and skills needed for an English Teacher. Each phase of the course is really informative and beneficial. Eventhough, I have experience as an English Teacher, some strategies and teaching techniques that I learnt through this course were completely new to me and I could definitely improve my professional skills. Since I am from marketing field, was hesitant to pursue teaching profession. But ACT has custom made. flexible, self-study pace mode with all relevant contents included in the course which are beneficial and useful to aspirants like me. the overall experience was average. i had expected a better and comprehensive learning with more interaction and activities. we were made to go through some information and were expected to memorise them in order to score good marks for the MCQ test. I do not feel confident that i have acquired enough skill sets to join an institution as a business english teacher just by completing this course.
