ACT has always been the backbone to quality education since its inception. I am glad to have taken up 220 Hours of TESOL and being given an opportunity to learn through its platform. This has indeed been a delightful and informative experience for me. Great ,amazing, learning. I learnt a lot of things. The webinar was a lot of fun.the teacher and my colleagues were great everybody was supportive and helpful. The content was too good, but i am not much satisfied because i missed this to do it in a live active classroom.But the course was good and effective. Since I thought to engage my lock down period I have chosen this course,initially  I was very happy because  my coordinator allowed me to take class when I am not in a place to submit my proof,in that way I have to thank her.

At the culmination of the on-line course on Diploma in TEFL with specialization in Education Management, I most certainly feel that I  have emerged as a more resourceful, objective and criteria oriented, versatile and more equipped person to deal with various school management issues including conflict management and decision making. The course, has not only given me the insight on Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to evaluate how an educational institution, program, department,  course and even a student is progressing, it has also inculcated great understanding in me on various analytical tools to analyze the decisions made by the school management and evaluate the same more objectively. It was indeed an enchanting and memorable learning journey with ACT.  I would wish to annotate with confidence that what I have learnt in this course, I shall be able to implement it on ground and shall be ready to take on the challenges more confidently. The entire program was well conceptualized and executed.  I am immensely grateful to all resource persons and the course coordinator for their immense insight on the subject matter and help rendered by them in completion of the course.
