One particularly memorable experience from the TESOL course was the practicum phase, where we had the opportunity to teach real ESL students under the supervision of experienced mentors. This hands-on teaching experience allowed us to apply theoretical knowledge in a real classroom setting, receive constructive feedback, and observe the immediate impact of our teaching strategies. It was incredibly rewarding to see students improve their English skills and to gain confidence in our ability to manage and engage a diverse classroom. This practical component was invaluable in preparing us for our future careers as ESL teachers.

Good experience . Learnt alot. However, I certainly believe explanation and reading content need to be reviewed and restructured , offering better understanding. Sometimes it is just too theoretical and has less examples and explanation.
