The course content was very useful for any corporate trainer as the methodology taught in the course will definitely help in conducting a successful business class and also the importance of evaluation and how to evaluate was explained properly. I am glad I took this course as I have learned a lot of things as to how to conduct Business English class professionally and efficiently which will be beneficial for both companies/institutions as well as to trainees/students. The coordinator Mandira was also very helpful and supportive. My overall experience was enlightening. It has been truly wonderful and a delight to learn with ACT. I feel highly resourceful and knowledgeable. The course has also helped me understand the efficacy of English in a broader spectrum. I really learned a lot of things through this course. I really appreciate Annie mam's guidance & Whitney Bishop mam's video sessions were really helpful. I learned how to teach properly in an order through lesson plans, I learned how to manage the classroom and how to manage students. I'm going to follow each and every little thing which I learned through this course in my class. My presentation skills were improved while learning, through assignments. It was an absolutely enriching experience where I was able to understand the areas in which I could improve myself to a great extent as a teacher. The course enabled me to grasp the important methods of teaching and the similarity and differences between language learning and language acquisition. The various activities and creative learning techniques gave me an idea on how to proceed with the lesson effectively. Classroom management ideas, methods of classroom teaching and points on understanding young learners and their level were specified with clarity which was easy to understand. Classroom materials, lesson planning, and ways to tackle young learners were very useful. Lessons on listening, reading, writing and speaking skills, as well as dealing with emotionally and behaviorally challenged students, group learning, materials for teaching, correction techniques, evaluation techniques etc were really interesting to learn.
