Excellent experience of learning . Ms.Sudeshna and Ms.Anamika are wonderful facilitators. All the participants were good. Overall it was an enriching experience. Ms. Rudrani and Ms. Bidisha are helpful and approachable.

I came with a open mind regarding the program and had a good learning experience. Though many things were followed by us without much understanding about the usefulness of the same, the insight into such practices was encouraging. Those practices which were detrimental in mentoring process (however, which were being followed by us unknowingly) were also explained, which helped us in improving ourselves.
