It was a good learning platform. Actually we need a focussed approach in respect of IDBI Bank to support relaunching mentoring concept for new joinee officers. The faculty are well prepared and equipped with all faculty skills. These two days sessions were handled very well by both faculty. Sessions are made very interesting and completely attracted the attention of the participants. We have learnt very valuable skills, which are directly useful to us in mentorship program being relaunched input bank. We are very much grateful to ACT.
