I don't know much about the ACT but the training was conducted well. An experienced trainer was effectively worked to learn things. If it was conducted practically, then it may be more effective like group tasking and group discussion or group assignments, because many of them are in practice here.

Fantastic ,I like the facilitator she had excellent knowledge .good communication..she was interactive and was answering the queries very well.she was clear in whatever she was delivering. Only thing to improve is that she should ask questions unusually with the people attending the session. She should also have asked people to for more activities in the Webinar.

I work as an Art Teacher. As there is COVID-19 through out the world, I take Online Classes via Whatsapp and zoom video call. It was a good opportunity for me to learn more things in my field.
