I am honored and thankful to have this opportunity to join the online workshop in Managing EBD. As a teacher, it gives me more knowledge and information with the students with special needs. I have learned a lot with the differences between students in normal set up and students who have special needs. For me, as a teacher planning to teach and help students with special needs, this workshop helps me to broaden and widen my knowledge and capabilities when it comes in the classroom. It gives me more knowledge especially in teaching techniques and strategies. This workshop helps a lot to everyone. Indeed, managing one's behavior is not that easy, you need to open your mind to all the changes, and be ready to handle unexpected situations. In addition, speakers are good and attentive. They ensure that all of the participants understand and make it easy to catch up and also share our opinion and insights for the topic. Kudos to all of us.
