My overall experience with ACT has been very good. Professionalism is reflected in every member of the team, from admissions, admins, coordinators, trainers to every other department that you would encounter at ACT. Once you enter this institution, you will get comprehensive assistance at every step, even after your course is complete. I believe that this is unique to ACT because I have not experienced such dedicated service to the students in any other institution. I am more than pleased that I chose to complete my TEFL/TESOL course from ACT. I am highly impressed by the quality of the trainers and the course material. There is a non-judgmental environment in every class where the goal is to have the best learning experience possible. Although I have attended online classes, each class was enthralling, explicit, thought-provoking, diverse in content and method of teaching, meticulous and well curated to suit the online teaching-learning format. Our trainer Ms. Aditi Ghosh is an exemplary trainer who embodies the definition of a modern facilitator. It was an honor and privilege to have such a teacher. We also had Ms. Ruchi, Ms. Kuhu and Mr. Dave as guest lecturers and they too maintain a high standard of teaching along with a professional demeanor. My training was also enriched by a diverse group of trainees that brought a lot of different perspectives and talents to the class. I am enriched in my knowledge and experience and prepared to start something new in my life because of ACT.
