It's my honour and privilege to thank ACT for all the guidance and inspiration that was provided to me throughout the course. My trainer, Jhumur Chattopadhyay really gave me a positive impetus in completing the course successfully. I'm bound to appreciate the hard and sincere gestures of my trainer, Ms.June, in evaluating all the tasks and giving me worthy comments and providing me with a helping hand in completing the tasks. The quick and immediate replies speak volumes. ACT offered me a very comprehensive and well structured program for which I'm grateful and I must say that I have learnt a lot ranging from learning styles, design lesson plans, teaching methods and much more. As I embarked on a journey without much thought, I am glad to have taken this TEFL program. The program has introduced me to various tools that could be incorporated in teaching. This course gives a comprehensive view of the resources used in teaching. I had an excellent facilitator in June ma'am who really made the learning enjoyable. I feel better equipped after this course completion. I would recommend this course as it provides good scope to enhance teaching skills. Very insightful and interactive sessions. I would like to thank my mentor June ma'am, the ACT team, for all the support and guidance extended during this program. Overall it has been a fruitful and enriching experience. As I was looking for professional development courses, I came across TEFL. After receiving all the details, I immediately signed up for the course. Every session brought in a surprise element with lots of insight and learning. The sessions were well planned and executed. Prior intimations were given in case of any change. Ms. June is by far one of the best trainers I have come across. Natural talent coupled with unwavering patience and genuine passion, true dedication to the profession and paving the way for a better online classroom experience with different teaching techniques characterises Ms. June's training effectiveness. She has kept us motivated through the course and appreciated the smallest of our achievements. Apart from the course content, I have many life lessons too. The warmers, course content, pre tasks, session preparations, breakout room tasks, tasks during sessions are worth appreciation. My peers were like a support system. Learning becomes fun and easy with like minded people. I am confident to take my career to the next level on completion of this course and ready to pave my future in teaching. I have enjoyed these three months and looked forward to the Saturdays. It was fun unlearning and learning. Brushing over the pedagogy, psychology, bloom's taxonomy, the 21st Century skills, integrated classrooms and planning the language activities. I enjoyed working in a team where each one contributed and then presented their learning within the interactive webinars.

The TEFL journey for me has been particularly enlightening, enriching, and fulfilling. I enrolled in this course since a few Russian schools where they teach English, required a TESOL/TEFL certificate. I researched online and there were so many options to choose from that for a second I thought do I really need it. Then I stumbled across ACT and they helped and guided me through the process and the details so patiently that it led me to make a decision to enroll, right then and there. In the first session I was super nervous but our trainer Ms. June made everyone feel so comfortable and right at home. The sessions from there on just kept getting better and better. In a few sessions I remember having the feeling of mind blown. Because the techniques, strategies, methods that our trainer applied and taught us were something so important yet not widely practiced. I particularly loved the Foreign Language experience class because the method used by Ms. June actually helped me get a student who wanted to learn Russian and I couldn't have been happier. It immediately proved the effectiveness of the methods employed. Apart from this, the context setting class, the listening lesson, the warm-ups, the group activities in break out rooms, always challenging us to think out of the box with my absolutely amazing peers, are a few more things which will stay with me forever. The theoretical aspects of the course, although boring, actually helped us understand the practical application of it in a much better and nuanced way. The course has made me realize how difficult yet interesting the task of an ESL teacher is. I hope to apply the knowledge I have received through this course in my further career pursuits and to grow as a better professional individual.

These three months were a period of exploring, conquering, and gathering new information and knowledge. As compared to all other courses these 120 hours nook and corner consist of variety in all aspects. As I told you earlier I explored a lot at the same time through various tasks I get back to my childhood days. Whenever I had done the role of Mr.Paul in a drama session we had done I remember those days and also The Setswana experience I found every inch of this course meaningful and appreciated.

My experience with ACT has been enriching and I feel it was the best decision of my life to enrol for a course with ACT. I have never encountered such an innovative way of teaching even during the pandemic. The spirit of the trainer was contagious and kept us on our toes. Other than that, the various webinars organised by ACT were cherry on the cake.

It's great! Having attended just one session so far. I have opted for the distant noninteractive session diploma course, and am yet to start with the course. I think, so far having attended just one webinar, I am quite satisfied with the content and the module delivery.
