My overall experience was very good and has changed my perspective completely about teaching in general and teaching English in particular. The trainers showed by example how to handle a class of adults, all from varied backgrounds with our own baggage of experiences and knowledge. We had to unlearn many things that we had learnt in the past. The trainers were 100% non-judgemental and very very patient with each one of us. Our batch had people who were very very positive in their outlook no matter what their situations were. All in all, ACT has contributed to my growth not only as an English teacher/trainer but also as a human being. Thank you.
