I had a wonderful experience with ACT and the approaches taught and the way they were taught was new and very different from the usual teaching that I was expecting and exposed to. The trainers Aditi ma’am and Megha Maam were extremely helpful and supportive and taught us a lot in the way they approached topics and people. They created a safe and free environment which encouraged everyone to speak out and were open to listening to everyone and were very approachable and non judgmental.
