My experience with ACT was invaluable. When I joined for the course I did not have the confidence to complete it however, the support from our trainers (Arpi ma'am and Ann ma'am) helped boost my confidence. TEFL was completely new to me but I learned a lot which will enhance my career as well as my personality.
