Experience was awesome. I did not expect the course to go smoothly. I was very nervous at the beginning of the course. But, as the time went on my anxiety level got lowered and I became much more confident in expressing my thoughts. Thanks to the teachers of ACT who were really supportive, understanding and positive throughout the course. Without their support I would not have been able to speak in front of everyone.
