The course could provide us with useful technology tools used among counsellors, recommend websites for finding resources, guide us on creating a curriculum map, outline a referral process, instruct us on conducting observations. Overall, the course is commendable, and its strong theoretical aspect would be further enhanced by implementing these improvements.
