I like the content and the case studies. I like the shared decision policy . Some time a head forcefully draft a policy and implement that without the knowledge of consequences. Then he feel to change that. So Shared decision is better way to draft policies .

This was a worthwhile exposure. The best thing for me was that the course inspired me to do several extra readings about the subjects covered in the course. I expected the course to recommend several extra readings. However, a course can be a life changing event depending on how the student sees it and what he wants to acquire from it. Certainly, a certificate course will deal with only the basics and therefore those seeking greater depth and wider coverage of the discipline will have to proceed to the next level of training. This exposure has made me think seriously about trying the next level with ACT. ACT surely has a wealth of experience in the training of teachers. I see the platform they provide as a great service to the teaching and learning communities. As an Asian, I am proud of ACT as it continues to serve the region and beyond in a field that will affect the future directions of not only the region but also of the world.
