I feel really happy for choosing Asian college of Teachers. I was working in a school as teacher and soon got promoted as a coordinator. I like the content and the case studies. I like the shared decision policy . Some time a head forcefully draft a policy and implement that without the knowledge of consequences. Then he feel to change that. So Shared decision is better way to draft policies .
