the support from ACT team was excellent. I did not have any background education in teaching English, but all the course materials were able to helped me gain better understanding in teaching English. Beginning was good, everthing went smoothly until the final assignment. I had the feeling I spoke to several people under the same name and had to explain myself over and over again. The final assignment is not explained in a proper way which leads to confusion. I liked the course and would have taken another one but the last experience of the course was not pleasant.
