It's good to learn new things. Though tough with great sacrifice. When I started the course ,it actually look as if I wouldn't finish it. From the first phase to the mcq and assignments was what I have to be focused with rapt attention. I find the videos interesting, but the readings a difficult because I've to put my head together , pen down points and assimilate one or two things preferably in a quiet environment. I got frightened in my first attempt of the mcq. I like the immediate feedback after completing the mcq. It actually make you know where you are right and wrong. Many a time I got discouraged because I have to dedicate a lot of time for the completion of the course.I do try to encourage my self and pick it up again. It has been nice all the way . The tutors are great, I learnt how to prepare good lesson plan, different between young learner and adult.The method of teaching the young learners are interesting as well.

I feel its too good to learn the TESOL especially in ACT. As this course gives different dimension in teaching. Had got many ideas and also learned to get rid of some difficult situations. It boost my confidence in teaching although my core experience is not in this professional. I am completely satisfied with the course and assignments and its topic are really good. That helps me a lot to have wider idea and also it gives lot of things to explore.

This course was highly advantageous for me. At first I found assignments a little challenging but they helped me a lot to gain more knowledge. This course enhanced my teaching career. Again, after my PPTTC, pursuing TESOL was an incredible experience. The course and its contents are just accurate and involves explicit learning. I would also love if the Institute makes unlimited access for their students to the videos related to their respective course. I just think it was all organized perfectly, the course had proper content and nothing was added unnecessarily. The management was excellent, the tutor was very cooperative whereas my evaluator Ms. Annie Joseph and Ms. Jiya were so humble and kind with all their responses. I think I learned a lot with this course and joining ACT was my best decision in life.Not even once came a thought of regret to join ACT infact I would recommend all who wants to make a career in teaching should join ACT. The theory was good and I loved doing the assignments specially the creating lesson plans and designing the chapter. Initially I had found it little challenging to understand the pattern but eventually with the guidance I was provided with by Annie, things became crystal eventually and I really thank her for that. I had applied the techniques specially grammar, to teach my own students and they responded and they liked the class. Previously they would be grumpy hearing grammar class. Lastly, the scope of my vision about teaching and teaching English has broadened wider. I am happy I chose this course. I am working in Carmel School, Dumka, Jharkhand.

It all started with- ‘A dream’. Dream to see myself touch lives on a platform which knows no boundary neither a run of the mill degree but, also enhances my skills and attunes me to the larger picture of education as a subject of overall human development. The dreamer in me, one fine day collided with another dreamer (my then colleague). We exchanged pleasantry along with piece of subtle advice. This was three years ago when I just started my teaching career. Switch to a year and a half later I was on call speaking to Koena as to which course would be best suited to my profile as a teacher and a blogger. After that I have been trying to get into work which increases my practical knowledge as a trainer. Which landed me into a job as a Facilitator with one of the NGOs. After completing a year I recently joined New Resolution India- Bright Future India (NGO) as YDTC (Youth Development and Training Course) Facilitator. Training youth of India in English Communication Skills, Work Place Readiness and IT Enabled services. To teach is certainly to touch lives! I break no bones in saying that ACT touched my life and continue to do so as I wish to see myself embark on my journey of an online TESOL trainer, training learners across the globe. I am a proud student/alumni of ACT. My heartfelt gratitude to Koena, Annie for undaunted support.
