I really want to appreciate and thank ACT for giving a wonderful online 120 hours TEFL/TESOL program. I thought that online learning would be difficult but ACT made me to understand that it is possible. The material /notes sent by the ACT are so good and informative. I personally thank Ms Annie Joseph mam for clearing all my doubts and guiding me to complete the course on time. The experience with ACT is worth appreciating.

My learning experience at ACT has been indeed joyful. The course coordinator Ms Annie Joseph has the kind heart and flair for creativity and originality of her students like me. Ms Neha, Assistant Manager, has all the qualities of an able administrator – very polite, patient and prompt. I have watched a few videos of lessons. Teachers like Dr. Kusumika Chatterjee are highly inspiring. The young teacher of phonetics is highly talented. So is the young teacher of teaching materials. Unfortunately I miss their names. With such talented and committed staff, ACT is bound to go from strength to strength.

It took me back to my younger days and had to read two and three times to comprehend. But enjoyed it and I am glad I managed to complete the course. I set my targets to complete reading the phases and achieved the targets set by me. I went through the phases made notes revised the phases thoroughly. I was excited that at the age of 61 too was able to get an A and an A+ in the assignments. I think I could have done better in the MCQs. Thank you very much for this experience.

I have had a full fledged exposure towards all aspects of learning pertaining to teaching and it was a wonderful experience. Overall the experience was useful and interesting. Initially, I was a bit skeptical about the course as I have never taken like this before. It helped me to understand the needs of the students and help them to achieve their goal. Mostly this course helped to understand in being a facilitator. Experience was very good just like any good educational course. The assignments were of great help to put together what I've learned and also taught me how to prepare my lessons everyday for the class. The content were all the necessary knowledge that were bought together in a gist. Everything needed was provided. The videos were of great help too. I understood what was being taught. It was explained clearly which made self learning easy. But the videos had poor sound quality and also poor video quality and it is little inconvenient to follow the class with 100 percent attention. I use specs and while watching the learning videos I always felt dizzy looking at the screen and I experienced it several times. I guess that must be taken care by age. Its the digital era, we can at least have good videos. Assignments made me research more into the language that raised my curiosity to get in the language depth. A new knowledge about human skills was introduced to me and there is a whole new world. Language learning became very interesting as well as fascinating to me.

This has been an enriching experience for me. I am happy to have picked this course. It has taught me a lot of the details I was not aware of. It has helped me improve my existing skills as well. The detailed and random mcq’s helped in covering the entire syllabus. And doing the assignments helps in retaining all the information.
