Satisfied, definitely more informed and enlightened!! It has led me to question and modify my existing teaching practices. I have learnt the value of effective feedback and change implementation. This experience has made me more reflective in that I now approach the class teaching in a constructive manner. In learning to value the cultural and psychological differences among the learners belonging to different spatial zones, I have become more mindful of their diverse needs. The multiple cultures need to coexist amicably in the class environment, while learning a new language. And this language needs to be taught in a way that it becomes relevant and relatable to the learners of different places or countries.

I am currently a Brand Manager at Nestle India. prior to this, I have worked as a trade marketing professional. I started my career from Sales in 2017. I am a management & economics graduate. i have got experience in teaching folk dance to kids and major subjects to high school students. i like working with students and young people. I hope to now starts applying at jobs as an IELTS trainer and follow my passion for language training. I have also trained kids in English, Literature, performing arts and personality building. Choosing ACT for my TESOL certification was the best decision I took. The course was well planned and the support services were great. It has prepared me for a great start as an ESL teacher. Right from my first point of contact Puja, who guided me through the application process to my course coordinator Ms. Annie Joseph, everyone at ACT is extremely supportive and helpful.
