An overall good experience. The webinars conducted were extremely helpful and motivating. As I had opted for an online process, there wasn't much interaction from the other side. It would be great if even the online process would have a chance for a one on one interaction with the trainer or a tutor. But, didn't face any major issues to raise a ticket or a query. The teaching modules are extremely helpful and self explanatory, giving me enough time to prepare and answer the questions and prepare for the assignments. The videos are good and give the feeling of attending sessions in the classroom. Thankful to ACT for giving us this material and building a user friendly platform where people like me who have difficulty in attending sessions on a regular basis have self explanatory teaching aids and materials to guide us through. All in all a lovely experience.

I was not very sure if I should take up the TESOL course at all. I did a lot of research before I started the course. The course coordinators and the people at ACT made it very easy for me, by replying to all my queries in time. The fact that this course was self-paced enabled me to explore more aspects of the course on my own, at my time. The end term assignment deadline enforced a discipline in me to keep at the course and complete it.

Well managed and supportive experience. The evaluation of the assignment helped me to better my performance. The course coordinator was available almost instantly that helped me a long way to complete my course within the limited time. However, I feel that there should be a point of contact from a higher personal of the institution to check on the student's progression on the course.
