First of all I thank all the members of Act Education for giving me this wonderful opportunity. In the beginning of the course I was with various doubts to be cleared at the end of the course session I was fulfilled with all clarification. I developed my knowledge in some parts where I was lacking regarding teaching. whatever the doubts are clarified to me by the tutor for preparing my assignments.

As a language teacher, I was looking for ways to reach out to students who have English as their second language. On doing much research I came across Asian College of Teachers. Initially I was skeptical but the moment I donned the cap of a student, the path was visible with the help of our trainer. I feel my 220 hours have been well utilised. The course material is systematic. It caters to the needs of the students, The assignment brought out my creative skills. I learnt how to create proper lesson plans along with activities that will benefit the students individually. Business English, this segment was quite interesting . The content was apt. The best part of the content was that it sounded like a dialogue. It played the role of a trainer. It knew my queries and I got an apt answer. I was lucky enough to be a part of Mr.Shounak's placement session . The entire session was quite interactive and informative. I was fortunate enough to be a part of the Gamification workshop. I am thankful to my evaluator who has guided and given appropriate feedback on my assignments. Each and every segment was given due importance. The feedback was always motivating. Last but not the Course Coordinator who has been prompt enough in answering all my queries. I believe I have relived the life of a student in these hours. Looking forward to fresh work in the near future. What ACT taught me-" Never stop learning because life never stops teaching." Thank you very much.

No....I did not continue working as a music teacher in a school which didn't give proper salary to me for 2 months. I would not like to mention the name of the school I worked in..Although I did gain some experience from it. But as of now.....I will be searching for jobs after I possess my 400 Hours TEFL/TESOL Post graduate certificate in hand for which I worked all the assignments with great enthusiasm.

In the middle of the course....problems did come...sometimes I procrastinated completing the assignments because of the pressures that arose in my house due to unemployment of my whole family in the shadows of the COVID 19 Lockdowns during 2020 and 2021 in the places where I lived. But somehow I did push myself forward...and while studying the "Train the Trainer" module which motivated me to complete my course before the due date/deadline of my course completion.

My overall experience in ACT was good. Webinars were more informative and prompt. Trainers always took way more effort to provide information. Classes were more fun and also the peers were supportive. ACT is a very good platform to update your teaching skills as per today's world's requirements. It definitely met up my expectations. Well guided teaching lessons, which can be reused at available time schedule, and a good platform for Ideal training session,along with timely guidance by teachers.The training session along with assignment make the learning process easier to achieve teaching skills, and understanding and communicating within students circle about their needs and update the teaching as per their needs.
