I am glad to give my feedback about my experience with ACT. All the required things are managed very efficiently and the overall management is of high standard to meet the requirements of an international organisation.I appreciate the organisation for that. The design of the course, based on the requirements of current scenario, was appropriate.I recommend this course for the aspiring managers of corporate houses who are concerned about improving the quality and performance of its human resource.This short program is beneficial to the teachers of school and colleges as well for inculcating and enhancing soft skills in students.The skills of the experienced trainer Dr. Neil are magnificent.He is great in understanding the individual training needs of each participant and guiding them accordingly.His ways of training delivery thought us many things. The resource materials are designed elegantly and appropriately considering the required needs of the program. I am truly impressed the skills and techniques used to strengthen and expand the human network and associations. I am sincerely thankful to all those who contributed for organising and conducting this workshop. I wish the trainer and the organisation a great success in all there future endeavours.

A very well planned course. The course content was very appropriate to my present job specifications. The exercises and practices followed during the course were new for me. The activities were conducted very meticulously. The approach by the trainer was very positive. He made complex things very simple by putting his in-depth knowledge and experience in practice. The admin support extended by the team at Bangalore and overall ACT team was praiseworthy. The LMS package provided by the CAT is very useful. At the end i should say, a very good learning experience and me and my organisation will look forward for more interaction with ACT.

The course gathered all the material that we would have probably come across earlier but did not pay much attention to and then layered this is a very efficient and structured layout for easy understanding and to show the importance of this method. Provided a new clarity of thought. The trainer was able to bring across new thoughts and instrumental in retaining our attention right throughout this training sessions at the same time introducing us to new concepts, training methods and tools.

Training experience was good. Trainer was very helpful and learnt the techniques of teaching. The only problem was with the restroom as it\'s only one for both genders. Space is also very small. Looking forward to get more such training from the trainer.

The course was very informative and useful. It was very innovative, interesting and easily understandable. The course was designed in a very structured manner. I learn a lot of methods involved in learning and gained immense knowledge about the technical aspects of learning.

Firstly, a great honour to have attended the Training session by Dr Neil. The entire session was so well planned and structured that clarity was the key word for all of us , to formulate our own sessions ; with emphasis on TNA moving to development with appropriate resources to be used , balancing with the activities leading up to a perfect structure for delivery , indeed became a great learning experience. Look forward to more such sessions .
