Dr Sanjib Chakraborty, Founder, Asian College of Teachers (ACT) and an educator par excellence successfully conducted a 4-day (31st August – 3rd September, 2021) training session on Education Management & Leadership for a group of 10 teacher leaders from Futuristic Edu Initiative, Hyderabad. The session aimed to equip the participants with the skills for the smooth handling of institutional operations, stressing on managing resources adeptly along with their professional development.

Asian College of Teachers gets another proud moment to celebrate as it is thrilled to announce that Dr Sanjib Chakraborty, CEO – Centre for Training and Professional Development (CTPD), the corporate training division of ACT has been featured in CEO Insights India magazine in the Top 10 Best Corporate Leadership Development Companies in India 2021 category.

Centre for Training and Professional Development (CTPD), the corporate training wing of Asian College of Teachers (ACT), conducted a 3-day training session (25th – 27th August, 2021) for 50 staff members of IDBI India.

Asian College of Teachers (ACT) has, once again, placed its another 14 students successfully as IELTS trainers at IELTS Material, the esteemed platform for IELTS preparation. Among the 14 students, 13 got placed after completing the TEFL/TESOL program and 1 after International Montessori Diploma course from ACT. Training at ACT increases the employability factor of the students apart from enhancing their skills which make them confident in applying what they have learned.

We are glad to announce  that after India and Thailand, the trademark of ASIAN COLLEGE OF TEACHERS has been registered in the UK and this mark has been registered in respect of Education services, Academy education services, Certification in relation to educational awards, Educational services relating to management and Training of teachers.

Asian College of Teachers celebrated India's 75th Independence Day at the Kolkata centre on 13th August, 2021 with great enthusiasm and maintaining COVID protocols. The celebration kept the spirits high on 13th August, 2021 with members from ACT’s Kolkata centre sporting tri-colour themed attire and integrating saffron, white and green, the colours depicting the Indian flag. The event was also arranged on a virtual platform for outstation members and for those who are working remotely.
