The esteemed CPD Certification Service UK has certified the Train the Trainer courses of Centre for Training and Professional Development (CTPD) - Asian College of Teachers (ACT). All levels of TTT Programs and the TTT Master Trainer Programs have been certified as conforming to continuing professional development values based on the principles of British and European standards, thus signifying that learning at ACT meets the requisite Continuing Professional Development standard and benchmark in accordance with CPD guidelines. Students pursuing any CTPD-ACT Training Program receive the course certificates with a CPD certified logo.

ACT Reopened Kolkata Office Maintaining Strict Protocols
Accelerating the path of returning to normalcy, Asian College of Teachers (ACT) reopened its Kolkata office on 26th July, 2021 after being closed for a period of around 2 months due to the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic. The reopening of the office is being implemented in strict accordance with all the government directed protocols following sanitization, other necessary changes as well as putting new practices in place.

ACTs Panel Discussion provided deeper insights into designing a post-pandemic learning environment
Asian College of Teachers hosted an enlightening panel discussion on ‘Designing post-pandemic classrooms for learners’ on 17th July, 2021. The panel comprised of experts from the field of education like Dr Jayshree Nair (Head of Academics, Futuristic Edu Initiatives), Dr Mala (Dasgupta) Sengupta (Edupreneur & Founder-CEO - Anubhav Institution), Mr. Gopal Dutta (Principal, Gyan Da International School, Nepal), Ms. Celeste B Jacques (Retired Deputy Principal, International School, Thailand) and Mr. Gaurav Poddar (Co-founder and Curriculum Director, Small Wonders Preschool), who shared valuable and top-notch ideas and views with the participants.

ACT's Live Online TEFL and ITD Courses receive Overwhelming Response amidst the Pandemic
When the pandemic threatened to stall our lives last year, Asian College of Teachers (ACT) transitioned and adapted to live online mode of learning for its two popular courses - International Teaching Diploma and TEFL imparting training to candidates across the globe despite the challenges and to provide them the opportunity to attend live classes, have live interaction with facilitators along with their peers, and collaborate in activities using video conferencing technology even during lockdown period. ACT has since received a great response from students joining the live online classes. The live online TEFL was introduced in April 2020, and has since received a whopping 685 enrolments till date. While the ITD program in a webinar mode came into being in August 2020, has recorded an impressive 218 enrolments.
