I think every teacher should acquire knowledge from this type of course. This course remind me that along with the change of time, behavior of the students also changing. We should identify the problems of each students with proper interpersonal relationship. We should develop active listening skills. We should use different theories of behavior modification and counseling to improve the quality of teaching. I acquired adequate knowledge of counseling from this course.

Though it was a certificate course the content was very elaborate. I didn't feel that I was doing a certificate course. My overall experience with the course content, the coordinator, the evaluator was excellent. That's how a team should work. Well Done ACT!!!

It was a decent course happy with the process but the evaluation aspect of the course needs work. There should be proper clarity given in terms of why the marks were deducted and what could have been different. The justification I received wasn't up to the mark.
