It was entertaining,had a insight about the land d training teaching experience and how it could be imparted from the facilitators point of view.Useful communication terms and terminologies and how it could be implemented in professional less personal life ,etiquette,corporate etiquette and grooming of an individuals personality to a greater degree.The course is helpful as it does provide us what the Learning and development module is content with andat what stages would it be helpful,having to analyse the organization operations on a wider perspective.
