Overall good experience and I am confident to use these lessons in future. Concepts were good. Multiple new ideas to use during the training program. Food can be better. Ambience could have been much better as it felt like a classrooms rather than a training hall. Difficulty to eat food without proper requisite seating chairs and table. Would be ideal if choices of food would be Asked. If water was bisleri bottle and not bottled water.

The session ahs been an enriching one where we have been able to put soe semblance of organsiation to our method. Whilst we would have been doing most of the issues discussed, the inetraction provided us furtewhr uinsights to doing it better

The session was very interactive and informative enough , especially for the novice who want to gear up in the business of training industry. Also would love to comment about the conduct of the session which was extremely participative and out trainer was immensely warm, polite and courteous throughout.Looking forward for more certifications and engagement in the future.

The resource materials are designed elegantly and appropriately considering the required needs of the program.
