Dr. Sanjib gave me the idea of how to use learning techniques in our training session. Sir taught us how lesson plan is important for a trainer to plan his training. The methods and technologies used by Sir were really awesome. The way he cleared our doubts and the way he delivered the session taught me how a trainer should be approachable, presentable, smile on the face, etc. Different steps which will help me to upgrade myself to be a good trainer. Sir even told us about the training tools that are needed, training styles, how to do evaluation in different ways, progress maps, games, activities, etc. I will implement the techniques taught to me during training session when I will do my first training session.

It is an excellently designed training program, minute details about designing training program are covered. Few concepts were new to me and it will help think more clearly while designing the program. The activities conducted were fresh and Dr. Sanjib made the program very interesting.
