Training content and resources were good . High appreciation for Trainer as She has Sound knowledge and she knows how to download effectively to her learners . But major challenge was sitting arrangements, accommodation and facilities at the center ....seems so low like it was below standard ....coordinator helped a lot there and somehow 4 days just went average

Overall it was nice experience. Learned some very useful techniques on L&D. I would be able to improve my training performance with some added features like improved TNA, course materials etc. I can also use the recap methods as well as the training games etc. L&D has given me very useful information which i can use in my future training sessions.

I must say that, we had done so many trainings before that but none of training was like this workshop, after this workshop I could easily design my training in more structured way. I could now focus on my learning objectives keeping on mind of behavior, standards and conditions. I can also implement the learning theories and apply training feedback.Now I can also plan resource to support learners. Overall the training is outstanding and trainer provided all the support that was needed. Thanks for a great workshop!
