It’s that time of the year again! Asian College of Teachers is hosting a string of symposiums in February 2020 in Nepal, India and Thailand. The theme of the symposium is "Holistic Learning, Effective Lesson Planning and Authentic Assessment" which will witness a gathering of noted academicians, educational leaders, teaching professionals and aspiring and working teachers. It all started in Nepal where the first symposium was held on 1st February in Kathmandu.

Asian College of Teachers (ACT) takes pride to announce that it has been chosen a winner in the prestigious Community Choice Awards 2019 (Teach Abroad category) by www.gooverseas.com where winners were selected by 1,000,000+ strong community, based solely on their program reviews. ACT would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank all the students, well-wishers, faculties and staff members for their immense support without which such an achievement would not have been impossible. This marks the onset of a year that starts with a glorious feat for ACT.

This New Year, members of the ACT family came forward to put big smiles on the faces of the young girls from an NGO located in South Kolkata. ACT employees happily gave in to the charitable cause and donated clothes and other stationery as “gifts” for the girls staying in the NGO hostel. It was indeed a great initiative from the members of ACT family to come forward and take part in this noble act and make it successful.

The Annual General Meeting 2019 of Asian College of Teachers (ACT) was a 3-day gala event held on the 21st, 22nd and 23rd of December which was hosted at the luxurious Radisson Ballygunge in Kolkata. All ACT members from all regional and international centres came together to join the 12th year celebration of excellence which was replete with discussions, presentations, songs, dance and drama in all its glitz and glamour. Like every year, this year was no exception and brought the entire ACT family under one roof to celebrate the success of the year gone by and to set roadmaps for 2020.

Asian College of Teachers conducted a successful 1-day seminar on Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) for Amelio teachers in Bangalore on 3rd November, 2019.
